• Add missing civics template.

• Show handbrake symbol on dash screen when handbrake not applied if engine off.

• Work on sounds to make them less rough and choppy.
• Change Cummins engine scripts for E40D.
• Change E40D ZF gearbox to be smoother.
• Change N250UD ZF gearbox to correct version and to be smoother.
• Change rear lights and reg plate lights to come on with marker lights and not main beams.
• Change bus on dash screen to only show when doors open or handbrake on.
• Change light test to not work if ignition or engine on.

• Add setvar to control whether the doors require the handbrake to be on to operate. Off by default.
